What's In a Name?
The official name of the Baylor University yearbook has undergone several changes since its first edition in 1896. The inaugural issue was titled The Baylor University Annual Published by The Senior Class of Ninety-Six at Waco, Texas. Beginning in 1902, however, some variation of the word "roundup" was used in the title. The table below summarizes which of the several permutations of the year book's title were used in each year between 1896 and 1979.
